I am a PhD candidate in the School of Public Affairs and Administration, Rutgers University—Newark.
My research interests include public management, organizational theory and behavior, and research methods, with a specific focus on local government and human resource management.
I have three research themes. The first considers organizational reputation as a fundamental resource bridging public organizations and external environments, and the way it can be strategically managed. The second examines its importance in public organizations’ effectiveness regarding attracting and retaining employees. The third addresses local governments’ decision-making processes, and the way the reputation is translated into local governments’ resources. I examine these issues using scale development, meta-analysis, survey and experimental designs, and basic and advanced statistical skills.
