I am a PhD candidate in the School of Public Affairs and Administration, Rutgers University—Newark.
My research interests include public management, organizational theory and behavior, and research methodology.
I focus on the construction of external resource (bureaucratic reputation) by media and the public, and its effect on employees’ work attitudes and behaviors. This includes the attraction and retention of employees.
I use scale development, meta-analysis, survey and experimental design, and basic and advanced statistical skills.
