I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Administration at the Seoul National University of Science and Technology.
My research broadly covers public policy, citizen-state interactions, and immigration policy. Specifically, I study the topic of bureaucratic reputation from both sides of citizens and public employees. Further, I also focus on policy implementation as well. I examine these issues using scale development, meta-analysis, survey and experimental designs, and basic and advanced statistical skills.
